Patent attorney: law and tech background. At least M.Sc. + some legal education, maybe in-house.

Patent engineer: Tech background, some law. Difference: work at company, not law firm. in-house at tech company. Manage companys IP portfolio. Communicate with Patent attorneys.

A-document, not a porblem for applic. X-document, directly relevant, actual hindrance. Y-doc, in combination with another doc makes a hindrance.
